Property Rezone

The City Council has formally ended the rezoning process. On September 2, 2025, the City Council reached consensus that the city will not move forward with the proposed zoning plan and will not revisit or pursue future rezoning discussions. This means the citywide rezoning effort is complete and will not continue. Rezoning will continue only as it has in the past, individual property owners may request rezoning through the established application process.
