The City of Wyoming does not issue electrical permits. Electrical permits must be obtained from the State of Minnesota. Electrical inspections are performed by Clifton Paetznick - Electrical Inspector - 651-964-8658 - Calls taken from 7:00 am - 8:30 am. Inspections scheduled on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Paying For Your Permit Or Application

Permit fees will be collected at the time of permit issuance. See the fee schedule for a list of fees.
Planning & Zoning application fees and escrows must be submitted in order for the application to be complete. Contact Zoning Administrator - Fred Weck - to coordinate at 651-462-4947 or by email.

Before making a payment online, the permit will need to be approved by the Building Department first. Once approved, you will receive an email stating so.
Debit/Credit Card - $2.95 or 2.95% transaction fee, whichever is greater
Checking/Savings Account - $1.50 transaction fee

A $35.00 NSF fee will be charged on every dishonored or returned check
