How do I sign up and create an online billing account?

Go here and search for your account using your 4-digit account number. Click on your account. Click on “Pay Now”, click “Make Payment” and you’ll be directed to our payment system. Once you’ve reached “Your Invoice”, you have two options:

1. Registering before you make a payment
2. Registering after you make a payment
