Delinquent Notice

If you have a balance on your account of $25.00 or more by October 1, your account will be flagged as delinquent. When accounts become delinquent, they will be certified to Chisago County to be collected with your property taxes as a special assessment. You do have the opportunity to pay this off by November 15 each year to avoid this balance going onto your property taxes and avoiding a $15.00 administrative certification fee. If at all possible, please make regular payments as you are able to avoid these additional notices and fees.
