The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the request of Sherwood Heggen for a Variance to allow the construction of a garage addition to the single-family residence eighty-four (84) feet from the centerline of County Road 22 / Wyoming Trail instead of the required one-hundred thirty five (135) feet. The property subject to the public hearing is known as 6046 Wyoming Trail and is legally described as:
All that portion of the West half of the West half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 33 North, Range 21 West, Chisago County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said West half of the West half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter; thence North, along the West line of said West half of the West half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter for 241.7 feet; thence East for a distance of 104.35 feet; thence South for a distance of 241.7 feet to the South line of said West half of the West half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter; thence West along said South line for 104.35 feet to the point of beginning.

That part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 33, Range 21, Chisago County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North along the East line thereof for 241.7 feet; thence West for 104.35 feet; thence South 241.7 feet to the South line of said East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the center line of Trunk Highway No. 98, now know as County Road No. 22, also known as Wyoming Trail; thence East along said South line for 104.35 feet to the point of beginning.
