Please publish the following in the legal notices under The City of Wyoming:

 

 

The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. to amend Chapter 40, Article VI, Zoning District Provisions, deleting as a Permitted Use Social, Fraternal, Or Charitable Organizations From The CBD and C Districts and adding as a Conditional Use Social, Fraternal, Or Charitable Organizations in the A, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, and R-6 Districts.

The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the request of Grace Church to amend Section 40 – 252 of the City of Wyoming Zoning Ordinance to include churches as conditional uses in the Commercial (C) Zoning District.

Notice is hereby given that there may be a majority of the City of Wyoming City Council in attendance at the public hearing.
