Wyoming City Council Work Session - 5:30 pm

To discuss 2 housing projects - 60 unit senior housing facility and 72 unit multi-family facility. Both of which would be submitting Minnesota Housing & Finance Tax Credit applications. Staff and a consultant from Baker Tilly will present both projects and questions from the developers regarding gap financing.
