City Council Work Session
When:At the request of residents from the Liberty Ponds development (HOA), they have requested that the city council hold a work session to hear concerns related to their community septic system and to discuss potential funding options that may involve the city.
The City Council has previously reviewed several funding options related to the Liberty Ponds community septic system, including the Clean Water Partnership loan, during discussions in 2024 and 2025. This work session is intended to provide a clearer understanding of the residents’ concerns. They have requested to discuss information regarding the Clean Water Partnership loan, any potential hookup to future sewer along Highway 8 and to introduce information and a potential request related to a subordinate sewer district (SSD).
