  The City of Wyoming Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. to hear an appeal filed by John & Diane Eaton of the determination of the Zoning Administrator that the property located at 26449 Forli Avenue is in compliance with Sections 16 – 51 and 16 – 52 of the City Code regarding lawn maintenance.

The subject property, 26449 Forli Avenue, is legally described as follows: Lot 8, Block 24, Roger’s Addition.
