Wyoming Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting 6:00PM - CANCELLED

The Board of Appeal and Equalization for the City of Wyoming will meet Tuesday, April 14th, 2020 in the City of Wyoming Council Chambers located at 26885 Forest Blvd, Wyoming, MN at 6:00PM. 

The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low can appear at this meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed or his agent shall have been notified of such complaint. 

The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed. Generally, an appearance before your local board of appeal and equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to the County board of appeal and equalization.
