Fire Truck Route

Santa's Coming To Town

When:

It's that time of year again. The Wyoming Fire Dept in partnership with Anonymous Santa of Chisago County will be out collecting toys, clothes, non-perishable food items, and gift cards for families and kids in need. This year has been extremely tough on so many families. All it takes is one simple gift to bring a smile to a child's face.

This year the Wyoming firefighters will be out with Santa collecting items on Saturday, December 5th, 2020 from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM. We do our best to hit every area, but with the size of trucks, maneuverability, etc., it can be tough to get in some areas unless it were an emergency situation. We are also limited by time. If we happen to miss you, please bring your donated item to the fire station between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM on Saturday, December 5th, and we will collect it.

When you hear the sirens and see the lights, that means Santa is near. This year with COVID-19, we ask that if you approach the truck to hand Santa and his helpers your items for donations, that you wear a mask or place it on the ground, and Santa's helper will come out and get it. If you get pictures, please share on our Wyoming Fire Dept Facebook page.

We understand that the lights and sirens may disrupt sleep and awaken people. We apologize for this in advance. We do this to make sure all the kids and families know we are coming down the street. We thank you for your understanding.

On behalf of the Wyoming Fire Dept and its members, we wish everyone a safe and Happy Holiday season. Thank you all for your continued support.
