The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the request of Brandon Zehrer, on the behalf of David & Kelly Wosika, for an Interim Conditional Use Permit for a cannabis microbusiness. The applicant has requested that the Interim Use Permit expire on January 1, 2036.

That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 33 North, Range 21 West, Chisago County Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly line of Wyoming Trail (also known as Trunk Highway 98), and lying easterly of the following described line:

Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence 268 degrees, 21 minutes, 14 seconds, assumed azimuth from north along the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 309 feet to the point of beginning; thence 359 degrees, 58 minutes, 26 seconds, 300.06 feet; thence 357 degrees, 10 minutes, 44 seconds 294.65 feet; thence 327 degrees, 22 minutes, 39 seconds, 42.56 feet to said southerly line of Wyoming Trail and there terminating.

Together with a permanent easement over that part of the said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 22, Township 33 North, Range 21 West, lying southeasterly of State Highway 98 and westerly of Township road, as now in place running Southeasterly across described tract, said easement for the purpose of providing access to the Sunrise River.
