Fence Variance - 26744 Halite Court

The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00pm to consider the request of Kevin & Michelle Letson for a variance from City Code Section 40-531, (2) to allow a fence greater than 48 inches in height in the front non-buildable setback area of their property.
