Mixed Use Planned Unit Development & Preliminary Plat Approval - 21.10302.32

The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00 pm to consider the request of Jim Koch of Wyoming MN Property LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a Mixed Use Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat approval of the residential subdivision “Pointe North at Carlos Avery with 74 single family homes and 56 townhome units. Phase 1 consists of 30 single family lots and one 6-plex.

 

The property subject to the Public Hearing has a Property ID number of 21.10302.32, and is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, “Sunrise River Bank”.
