The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday July 28, 2026 at 7:00pm to consider the request of the City of Wyoming for a variance from City Code Section 40-255, (3), (e) to allow a building setback of nine (9) feet from the right-of-way of Felton Avenue instead of the required twenty (20) feet.
