Swenson Park Sport Court Redevelopment

The City of Wyoming’s Park Advisory Commission is requesting quotes for the reconstruction of existing tennis / pickleball courts that are installed at Swenson Park located at 26929 Flintwood Ave., Wyoming, MN 55092.

This project would see the current sport court, consisting of two tennis courts with interlaid pickleball lines, undergo complete reconstruction. The new sport court area is to utilize the existing area of the current sport court (roughly 122 ft x 110 ft).

The budget for this project is set at $100,000.00 and should include the complete reconstruction of the sport court area, including resurfacing, fencing, and any other competent related to the project. The existing sport court consists of two tennis courts with pickleball lines painted on them.

The Park Advisory Commission is interested in different court layouts that would increase the number of pickleball courts, even if the number of tennis courts is reduced (which is anticipated). The project area should not exceed the current size of the existing sport court.
