One Great Tech helps companies manage, maintain, and upgrade their technology infrastructure. We develop long term relationships with our customers to help them grow their business. Where we really shine is when we manage an entire network, keeping the servers, PCs, firewall, printers, etc all running smoothly. Typically, we can manage a small business network in less time per week than an employee IT tech. As an example, one network we manage has 60 PCs (plus several servers, firewall, many printers, and various other devices) and requires about 8 hours per week.
