CODERED is a secure government emergency communications notification portal. Chisago County has a Citizens' Academy Program that they put on every year to help strengthen the partnership between law enforcement and the community by providing citizens insight into modern day policing both through class instruction and hands on training conducted by law enforcement personnel.
