Fireside Park
Fireside Park is a beautiful park to enjoy a get together with family and friends.
Newly Redeveloped - Fireside Park reopened on June 13, 2025 - Come on out and enjoy this updated amenity!
The City of Wyoming’s Park & Trails Master Plan, approved by the City Council in 2022, identified Fireside Park as the City’s amenity which was in the greatest need of improvement. The City’s Park Advisory Commission has made Fireside Park planning and improvements a priority to help bring the park back to the standards that the City sets for all public amenities. It is for this reason that the Park Advisory Commission recommended the Fireside Park Redevelopment Project to the Wyoming City Council, which was formally approved at the March 18, 2025 regular City Council meeting.
The Fireside Park redevelopment project will see an entirely new play structure be constructed in the Fireside Park playground area. The new playground will include wood fiber surfacing, swings, and play structures for kids of multiple ages. This project has been completed and is ready to use.
