Planning Commission - Public Hearing - The Woods on Comfort Lake 7:00pm City Hall

The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the request of Bill Lentsch of “Comfort Lake Property LLC” for preliminary plat approval of a residential subdivision ("The Woods on Comfort Lake")comprised of eight (8) new lots for single-family dwellings.

The properties subject to the Public Hearing have a Property Identification Numbers of 21.10494.00 and 21.10494.10; and are legally described as follows:

PARCEL A

All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33, Range 21, Chisago County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the plat of BRIDGEWATER and northerly and westerly of the following described Line "A":
